Invoices
Find all your invoices in the Invoice Section in the gear icon, and download the ones you need.
You will receive an invoice for each brand you had campaigns on: one for Mitula sites and one for Trovit.
Please keep in mind that if the invoices are not paid within their due time, all campaigns will be blocked.
Billing Information
Payment Methods
You can choose from the following payment methods:
- The default payment method is by credit card.
- Bank transfer is exceptionally reserved for invoices with higher amounts. Please contact your Thribee Account Manager in case you would like to have more information about the possibility to activate it.
Billing Accounts
Regardless of your payment method, you should enter your billing information in the “Billing Information” section, otherwise the campaigns will not be activated.
Pay attention to the accuracy of your tax information, as it will be used to issue the invoice.
