With Thribee now you can promote all your content in Trovit, Mitula, Nestoria and Nuroa from one single platform. But you can also strategically promote specific ads, at CPC and budget of your choice.
Common criteria for all verticals:
- Keyword in the content
- Keyword in the ad title
- Geographic: location
- Region. It can refer to States or Province or other territorial entities, depends on the political division of the Country.
- City: City, town or village where the property/car/job is located
- City area: City, town or village where the property/car/job is located
Keep in mind that a greater segmentation corresponds to a smaller volume.
Depending on the vertical to which your portal belongs, you can also choose between the following specific segmentation criteria:
Homes Criteria
- Listing Type: for sale, for rent, flat sharing, etc.
- Price Range of the houses.
- Agency Name: your client’s name. Use the same names as inserted in the feed.
- Property is new: be sure the tag “is_new” is properly filled in your feed.
- Has virtual tour.
Jobs Criteria
- Company Name: hiring company name included in the feed.
- Salary Range.
- Job Category: refers to job sector (Sales, Engineering, Education, etc). Refer to your own job categories included in the feed (tag “category”).
Cars Criteria
- Car Dealer: the car dealer you used in the feed.
- Car Make: The car’s make (Ford, Toyota, etc).
- Car Model: The car’s model (Mondeo, Yaris, etc).
- Price Range.
- New Car: be sure the tag “is_new” is properly filled in your feed.
Custom segmentation variable (Segmentation text)
If you need a different criteria than those available or more flexibility in identifying your ads to promote, the “custom variable” may be the perfect solution.
It’s an extra tag that your should insert in the feed: <segmentation_text></segmentation_text>
Example: <segmentation_text><![CDATA[mickey_mouse]]></segmentation_text>
This tag has to be included in the feed for all the ads you would like to segment. Afterwards, you have to activate a segmentation campaign via Partner Account using the segmentation text, entering the word you used in the feed, in our example “mickey_mouse”. Now a specific CPC and budget has to be set for this campaign and that's it!
If there are no ads shown in preview for a new segmentation text tag, check the segmentation campaign again after a period of 24h.
